ERUALE LLC ("ERUALE", "we", "us", or "our") develops and operates ERUALE Content Publisher, an internal content publishing and workflow automation application.
This Privacy Policy explains how ERUALE Content Publisher accesses, uses, stores, protects, and deletes information when interacting with Google and YouTube services.
ERUALE Content Publisher is an internal company tool. It is not currently offered as a public software service to third-party users.
This Privacy Policy should be read together with our Terms of Use.
1. Use of YouTube API Services

Use of YouTube API Services is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service.
Google's Privacy Policy is available at https://policies.google.com/privacy.
2. Google OAuth 2.0
ERUALE Content Publisher uses Google OAuth 2.0 to authorize access to YouTube channels managed by ERUALE LLC.
Authentication is performed directly by Google.

This permission enables the application to upload and manage videos on an authorized YouTube account.
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube.readonly
This permission enables the application to view limited YouTube account and channel information necessary to identify and verify the authorized channel and operate the publishing workflow.

9. Data Retention
OAuth authorization information may be retained while authorization remains active and while it is necessary to operate authorized functionality.
Other YouTube API data is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was obtained and subject to applicable YouTube API Services requirements.
Where applicable YouTube API policies require stored API data to be refreshed or deleted within a specified period, ERUALE LLC will follow those requirements.
