ERUALE Content Publisher
These Terms of Use govern the use of ERUALE Content Publisher, an internal software application developed and operated by ERUALE LLC.
ERUALE Content Publisher is an internal company tool and is not offered as a public software service to third-party users.
1. About ERUALE Content Publisher
ERUALE Content Publisher is used by authorized ERUALE LLC personnel and systems to automate portions of the company's digital video publishing workflow.
The application may perform functions including:
- uploading videos;
- uploading thumbnails;
- assigning video titles;
- assigning descriptions;
- assigning tags and categories;
- configuring video visibility;
- verifying completed uploads;
- identifying authorized YouTube channels;
- retrieving limited channel information required for the publishing workflow.
2. Internal Use Only
ERUALE Content Publisher is not a public SaaS application.
It does not provide public registration, public user accounts, subscriptions, or access for third-party creators.
Access is restricted to authorized ERUALE LLC personnel and systems.
3. YouTube API Services
ERUALE Content Publisher uses YouTube API Services, including the YouTube Data API v3.
Use of YouTube API Services is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service.
By using functionality that interacts with YouTube API Services, authorized users also agree to comply with applicable Google and YouTube terms and policies.

4. Google OAuth 2.0
ERUALE Content Publisher uses Google OAuth 2.0 to authorize access to YouTube channels managed by ERUALE LLC.
Authentication is performed by Google.
ERUALE Content Publisher does not request or store Google Account passwords.
Access is limited to permissions explicitly authorized through Google OAuth.
The application currently uses:

https://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube.readonly
5. Authorized Use
Authorized users may use ERUALE Content Publisher only for legitimate ERUALE LLC business and content operations.
Users must not use the application to:
- access YouTube accounts without authorization;
- circumvent YouTube or Google security controls;
- violate YouTube Terms of Service;
- violate YouTube API Services policies;
- publish unlawful content;
- infringe intellectual property rights;
- manipulate YouTube systems or metrics;
- abuse API access or quota;
- disclose application credentials to unauthorized parties.
6. Content Responsibility
ERUALE LLC remains responsible for content uploaded through ERUALE Content Publisher.
Use of the application does not transfer responsibility for video content, metadata, copyrights, permissions, or compliance with applicable laws and platform policies.
7. API Credentials and Security
OAuth credentials, API credentials, authorization tokens and related secrets must be protected from unauthorized disclosure.
Access to such credentials is restricted to authorized ERUALE personnel and systems.
Users must not intentionally expose credentials in public repositories, websites, logs, screenshots, or other publicly accessible locations.
8. Availability
ERUALE Content Publisher depends on third-party services, including Google OAuth and YouTube API Services.
ERUALE LLC does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of those third-party services.
Functionality may be affected by API changes, service interruptions, quota limits, authorization changes, policy changes, or actions taken by Google or YouTube.

Use of Google and YouTube API data by ERUALE Content Publisher is described in our Privacy Policy.

Authorized Google Account access can be revoked through Google's account security settings: https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions.
Revoking authorization may prevent ERUALE Content Publisher from continuing to perform YouTube API operations for that account.
11. Changes to These Terms
ERUALE LLC may update these Terms when application functionality, legal requirements, Google requirements, YouTube policies, or API usage changes.
The "Last updated" date will be revised when these Terms are materially updated.
